Oh thank you Natalie! I love @Fionn McCabe ‘s newsletter but I hadn’t seen that exercise yet. I found that the layers ineed helped with backgrounds (which I usually just avoid entirely lol), but also with composition! I felt like a little director haha. It’s quite time consuming but a fun process :)
I LOVE your paper cutouts—this was such a fun idea and the video + execution is fantastic. I also love seeing people dressed alike (almost as much as people who look like their dogs), but I always make Rach do an outfit check so we aren't twinning when we go out. Whoever put it on first gets to wear it!
